Belfast City Airport (officially George Best Belfast City Airport) sits right next to the city centre, on the Sydenham waterfront. It's one of the most central airports in the UK — which makes it brilliantly convenient for EV drivers, because you can stay virtually anywhere in Belfast and be at the terminal in minutes.
Best Areas
Belfast City Centre
The obvious choice. Walk or take a short taxi to the terminal from most central hotels. Belfast city centre has good EV charging, particularly around the Cathedral Quarter and Titanic Quarter.
Titanic Quarter
Right next to the airport, with modern hotel developments that have EV charging baked in. One of the more interesting airport-adjacent stays in the UK.
East Belfast (Ballyhackamore, Connswater)
Residential areas close to the airport with some good hotel options and growing EV provision.
Charging labels on Sento
Stays on Sento are labelled charging on-site, charging nearby or standard — confirm charging with the property or a live charging map such as Zapmap before you travel. A Sento Charging Promise is coming soon.
