What can I book with Sento?

Six ranges: Airport Parking, Hotels, Airport Hotels, Port Parking and Port Hotels are bookable now. Park, Stay & Fly is coming soon and can't be booked yet.

Where can I search for hotels?

Accepted Answer

Anywhere in the UK and Ireland — a postcode, town, city, airport or landmark. Outside the UK and Ireland, you can search within the areas around our 50 major international cities, including neighbourhoods such as Shinjuku in Tokyo or Manhattan in New York. If a place is outside those areas, the search box tells you. All prices are shown in pounds.

Which airports and ports do you cover?

Airport Hotels covers 51 airports and Port Hotels covers 24 ports. Our own port parking is at Southampton only. At other ports, any parking shown is the hotel's own, on the hotel's terms.

How are hotel results ordered?

Accepted Answer

Where available, a Recommended EV hotel and a Recommended Parking hotel are pinned at the top. Everything else follows by price, and you can switch to sort by distance. EV and Parking are filters you switch on yourself — nothing is hidden by default.

Do you show reviews?

Not yet. We don't display guest reviews or ratings, so you won't see any on our pages.

How does booking with Sento work?

Search, choose from the results, add your details, then pay by card. Sento is the merchant of record — you get one confirmation from us with everything you need for arrival.

Is there a booking fee?

Yes, £1.00 per booking. It's shown before you pay and is never discounted.

Question 8

I'm flying from Heathrow, Gatwick or Manchester. Do I choose a terminal?

Yes. At airports with more than one terminal, you pick your terminal at checkout so the operator has the right details.

Is my payment secure?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe over an encrypted connection. Sento never stores your full card details on our own servers.

Which cards do you accept?

Accepted Answer

All major Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit and debit cards, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay where your device supports them.

Can I get a VAT receipt?

Accepted Answer

Not a VAT receipt, no — Aphiliate Ltd, the company behind Sento, is not currently VAT registered, so no VAT is charged on your booking and there is nothing to reclaim. What you can have is a full PDF receipt with our company name, company number, registered address, your booking details and the amount paid. Download it any time from the members area or the manage-booking page, and add a company name and purchase-order reference if your expense system needs them.

Can I use a discount code?

Discount codes apply to airport parking. Enter yours in the Discount Code field at checkout. Hotels are shown at the live rate, and discount codes don't apply to hotels.

How does the members reward work?

Accepted Answer

Every 5th airport parking booking is half price for members. It covers airport parking only, is for members only and is capped. It can't be combined with other codes, cancelled bookings don't count towards it, and rewards expire after 24 months.

Can I cancel parking?

Accepted Answer

Each parking product shows its own cancellation terms. Unless the product says otherwise, you can cancel free of charge up to 24 hours before your travel date.

Can I cancel a hotel?

It depends on the rate. Every hotel rate shows its cancellation terms clearly before you book, and non-refundable rates are labelled. Full details are on our Cancellation & Refund Policy page.

How do I amend my booking?

Email hello@sento.travel with your booking reference and what you'd like to change. We'll confirm what's possible and let you know any price difference.

How long do refunds take?

We issue eligible refunds within 14 days. Your bank may take up to 10 working days to show it.

Question 18

What does 'Charging on-site' actually mean?

Accepted Answer

An EV charger within the property's own car park or grounds. 'Charging nearby' means a public charger within about a mile (roughly a 5-minute drive). Everything else is labelled Standard.

Do you guarantee a charger will be free when I arrive?

Accepted Answer

No one honestly can — chargers are run by third parties and can be busy or offline. We're working on a Sento Charging Promise, coming soon.

Question 20

Is parking included with my hotel?

Accepted Answer

Only if the rate says so. Hotel parking is run by the hotel, on the hotel's terms, and is shown on each rate. Airport Parking and our Southampton port parking are booked with the parking operator.

How do I get help?

Email hello@sento.travel. There's also an AI chat assistant on the site, and a real person picks up anything it can't answer. We don't have a phone line.
