Birmingham Maple Manor Meet and Greet is a Meet & Greet service at Birmingham Airport. You book it through Sento, and Sento's own booking fee is only ever £1 — your full total, including that fee, is shown before you pay.

How Meet & Greet works

You drive straight to the terminal, a vetted driver meets you at the departures drop-off, and your keys change hands there. Your car is parked for you and brought back to the terminal for when you land — you walk from your car to check-in, and back to it when you return.

1. Book online with your flight details, drop-off time and return time.
2. Drive to the terminal drop-off point on the day and ring the number on your confirmation.
3. Meet your driver, hand over the keys, and walk into departures.
4. Call again once you've landed and collected your bags.
5. Your car is waiting at the terminal when you come out.

Arriving at the car park

1. Call 0121 227 3338 and choose option 1 about 20 minutes before you arrive.
2. Follow signs for the airport terminal, then for Valet Parking customers only.
3. Take a ticket at the barrier as you enter the Valet Parking car park on the forecourt.
4. Meet your uniformed Maple chauffeur, who carries ID.
5. Be at the meeting point within 10 minutes of your call.
6. Your car is photographed and inspected for damage, and your return details confirmed.
7. Hand over the keys and the barrier ticket, then walk to the terminal — about two minutes.

Collecting your car when you land

1. Land, clear passport control and collect your luggage.
2. Call to say you are ready.
3. Walk back to the Valet Parking car park — the same meeting point you used on the way out.
4. Your driver is waiting with the car and an exit ticket for the barrier.
5. Check the car over, take the keys and drive away.

Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your drop-off date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. The £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
