How Meet & Greet works

You drive straight to the terminal, a vetted driver meets you at the departures drop-off, and your keys change hands there. Your car is parked for you and brought back to the terminal for when you land — you walk from your car to check-in, and back to it when you return.

1. Book online with your flight details, drop-off time and return time.
2. Drive to the terminal drop-off point on the day and ring the number on your confirmation.
3. Meet your driver, hand over the keys, and walk into departures.
4. Call again once you've landed and collected your bags.
5. Your car is waiting at the terminal when you come out.

Arriving at the car park

1. Call 01582 825656 about 20 minutes before you arrive.
2. Leave the M1 at Junction 10 and follow signs for the A1081 Airport Way.
3. Stay on Airport Way past the traffic lights, keeping left for airport access, and take the third exit at the next roundabout.
4. Follow signs for Terminal Car Park 1 — you pass Car Park 2 first, so do not turn in early.
5. Take a ticket at the barrier and drive up to Level 3.
6. Park in the marked meet and greet area and hand the driver your booking reference, keys and return flight details.
7. Walk straight into the terminal.

Collecting your car when you land

1. Land, clear passport control and collect your luggage.
2. Call 01582 825656 to confirm you are ready.
3. Walk back to Terminal Car Park 1.
4. Go to the meeting area, collect your keys and check the car over.
5. Drive away.

Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your drop-off date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. The £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
