Maple Park & Ride Stansted is a Park & Ride service at London Stansted, run by Maple Manor. You book it through Sento, and Sento's own booking fee is only ever £1 — your full total, including that fee, is shown before you pay.

How Park & Ride works

You park the car yourself in the operator's secure car park, then take their shuttle to the terminal. On your return, the shuttle brings you back to your car.

1. Book online with your drop-off time and return time.
2. Drive to the car park address on your confirmation.
3. Park in a marked bay and check in at reception.
4. Take the shuttle to your terminal.
5. On your return, call for the shuttle and it collects you from the pick-up point.

Arriving at the car park

1. Leave the M11 at Junction 8 (from Cambridge) or 8a (from London) and follow the A120 towards the airport, then Thremhall Avenue. Satnav to CM24 1PY.
2. Drive into the car park and pull up at reception.
3. Check in at the desk. Allow three to four minutes for check-in and the vehicle inspection.
4. Your car is photographed for the record before it is moved.
5. Hand over your keys and keep the barcoded receipt you are given — you need it to get the car back.
6. Board the transfer bus. It runs 24 hours a day, roughly every 20 minutes, and takes about five minutes to the terminal.

Collecting your car when you land

1. Land, clear passport control and collect your luggage.
2. Call 01279 210 590 to tell them you are ready.
3. Go to the pick-up point shown on your booking confirmation and wait for the bus.
4. Show the driver your barcoded receipt.
5. Back at Thremhall Avenue, collect your keys from reception and drive away.

Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your drop-off date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. The £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
