How Park & Ride works
You park the car yourself in the operator's secure car park, then take their shuttle to the terminal. On your return, the shuttle brings you back to your car.

- Take the shuttle to your terminal.
- On your return, call for the shuttle and it collects you from the pick-up point.

Arriving at the car park
- Leave the M23 at Junction 10 and follow Effingham Road into Copthorne. Satnav to RH10 3HZ.
- Enter through the barrier and park in the marked arrival bays in front of reception.
- Unload your luggage and take your booking confirmation into reception.
- Check in and hand over your car keys. You are given a key receipt card with a freephone number on it — keep it safe, you need it on the way back.
- The team parks your car. The minibus driver loads your bags and drives you to your terminal.
- Allow 30 to 45 minutes in total from arriving at Cophall to reaching the terminal.
Collecting your car when you land
- Land, clear passport control and collect your luggage.
- Call the freephone number printed on your key receipt card, or 01342 712779.
- Reception logs your name and puts you on the next minibus.
- Wait at the same terminal stop you were dropped at. The minibus comes to you.
- Back at Copthorne, collect your keys from reception and drive away.
