LHR Maple Parking Express Park & Ride for T2 & T3 — Outside ULEZ is a Park & Ride service at London Heathrow, run by Maple Manor. You book it through Sento, and Sento's own booking fee is only ever £1 — your full total, including that fee, is shown before you pay.

How Park & Ride works

You park the car yourself in the operator's secure car park, then take their shuttle to the terminal. On your return, the shuttle brings you back to your car.

1. Book online with your drop-off time and return time.
2. Drive to the car park address on your confirmation.
3. Park in a marked bay and check in at reception.
4. Take the shuttle to your terminal.
5. On your return, call for the shuttle and it collects you from the pick-up point.

Terminals served and transfers

This car park serves terminals T2 and T3 at London Heathrow.

The transfer to the terminal takes about 15 minutes.

Arriving at the car park

1. Leave the M25 at Junction 14.
2. At the roundabout take the third exit signed Terminal 4 and Cargo (A3113).
3. At the next roundabout take the first exit for Colnbrook (A3044). Stop following your satnav here.
4. At the following roundabout take the first exit onto Bath Road towards Colnbrook and Poyle. The car park is about 300 metres along on the right.
5. Drive in through the automatic barrier and follow the check-in signs.
6. Park in an arrivals bay and unload your luggage.
7. Check in at the desk, where staff carry out a photographic vehicle inspection, and hand over your keys.
8. Board the shuttle to Terminal 2 or Terminal 3.

Collecting your car when you land

1. Land, clear passport control and collect your luggage.
2. Call 01895 549 230, or the number given at check-in.
3. Go to the shuttle pick-up point you are directed to.
4. Ride the shuttle back to the car park.
5. Collect your keys at the desk and drive away, leaving via the A3044 away from the zone.

Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your drop-off date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. The £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
