How Meet & Greet works

You drive straight to the terminal, a vetted driver meets you at the departures drop-off, and your keys change hands there. Your car is parked for you and brought back to the terminal for when you land — you walk from your car to check-in, and back to it when you return.

1. Book online with your flight details, drop-off time and return time.
2. Drive to the terminal drop-off point on the day and ring the number on your confirmation.
3. Meet your driver, hand over the keys, and walk into departures.
4. Call again once you've landed and collected your bags.
5. Your car is waiting at the terminal when you come out.

Arriving at the car park

1. Drive to Terminal 5 and follow signs for the Short Stay car park.
2. Take a ticket at the entry barrier and follow the signs up to Level 4.
3. Park in the bays marked Off Airport Meet & Greet — rows R and S.
4. Check in at the purple desk in the lift lobby with your booking reference and return flight details, or hand the car to the driver who comes out to meet you.
5. Your car is photographed and the condition recorded. Hand over the keys and the barrier ticket.
6. Keep the barcoded card you are given. It is what releases your car at the end of the trip.
7. Take the lift down and walk to check-in.

Collecting your car when you land

1. Land, clear passport control and collect your luggage.
2. Follow signs out of arrivals to the Short Stay car park and take the lift to Level 4.
3. Present your barcoded card at the handover point. If you have lost it, a passport matching the booking name is normally accepted.
4. Your car is at the meeting point rather than being fetched after you arrive.
5. Check the car over, then drive out. Remember the ULEZ charge applies to the day you drive out.

Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your drop-off date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. The £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
