Arriving at the car park
- Leave the M25 at Junction 14.
- At the roundabout, take the third exit signed Terminal 4 and Cargo (A3113).
- At the next roundabout take the first exit for Colnbrook (A3044). Stop following your satnav at this point.
- At the following roundabout take the first exit onto Bath Road towards Colnbrook and Poyle. The car park is about 300 metres along on the right.
- Drive in through the automatic barrier and the inspection tunnel, where your car is photographed.
- Park in an arrivals bay, unload, and check in with the team. Allow three to four minutes.
- Hand over your keys and keep the return card you are given.
- Board the shuttle to Terminal 5. Buses run every 10 to 15 minutes between 04:00 and midnight.
Collecting your car when you land
- Land, clear passport control and collect your luggage.
- Call 01895 549 230 to tell them you are down.
- Go to the pick-up point shown on the return card you were given at check-in.
- Ride the shuttle back to the car park.
- Collect your keys and drive away — heading back out via the A3044, away from the zone.

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your drop-off date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. The £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
