How Meet & Greet works

You drive straight to the terminal, a vetted driver meets you at the departures drop-off, and your keys change hands there. Your car is parked for you and brought back to the terminal for when you land — you walk from your car to check-in, and back to it when you return.

1. Book online with your flight details, drop-off time and return time.
2. Drive to the terminal drop-off point on the day and ring the number on your confirmation.
3. Meet your driver, hand over the keys, and walk into departures.
4. Call again once you've landed and collected your bags.
5. Your car is waiting at the terminal when you come out.

Arriving at the car park

1. Call 01895 544 382 when you are roughly 20 minutes from the airport. This is required, not optional.
2. Follow signs for Terminal 4 and then for the Short Stay car park.
3. Take a ticket at the entry barrier.
4. Drive up to Level 2 and park in the bays marked Off Airport Meet & Greet.
5. Go to the purple desk in the lift lobby with your booking reference and return flight details.
6. Your car is photographed and the condition recorded. Hand over the keys and the barrier ticket.
7. Keep the barcoded card you are given — you need it to collect the car.
8. Walk to check-in.

Collecting your car when you land

1. Land and collect your luggage. If you have hand baggage only, call once you are through passport control.
2. Call 01895 544 382 to tell them you are ready.
3. Go to Terminal 4 Short Stay, Level 2.
4. Present your barcoded card — a passport matching the booking name is normally accepted if you have lost it.
5. Your car is brought back to the same meeting point. Check it over before you drive away.

Cancellation and changes

Free cancellation up to 24 hours before your drop-off date and time. Cancellations within 24 hours of drop-off are non-refundable. The £1.00 booking fee is non-refundable.
